How does this workshop...work?
Lostness is often a slow, silent spiral — a phase that can stretch across 1 to 3 years, impacting not only your career trajectory but also your confidence, motivation, and mental well-being. This workshop is designed to interrupt that cycle. By compressing key insights, emotional breakthroughs, and strategic tools into one focused experience, it accelerates a process that often takes years to unfold. Instead of drifting through uncertainty, you’ll actively engage with it — transforming confusion into clarity and stagnation into forward momentum.
In this live, interactive experience, you’ll journey through the six stages of lostness, inspired by the methodologies used by Search and Rescue (SAR) teams to locate missing persons. But this time, the search is internal — and the missing person is you. You’ll reflect on your “Point Last Seen,” decode the mental traps and emotional loops that keep you stuck, identify your personal hideouts, and begin crafting your own Reorientation GPS — a practical, personalized tool to help you navigate forward with clarity and intention.
Lostness is no longer something to avoid — it’s the beginning of your next chapter.

Style & Duration
This is a 3-hour live workshop, designed as an immersive and focused experience. The session includes two short breaks, but for the most part, you’ll be engaged in a guided journey that combines deep individual reflection with occasional pair-sharing exercises. It’s not a passive lecture — it’s a high-participation space that invites honesty, attention, and presence.

Understand the true nature of career lostness
The workshop weaves together research-based insights, real-world examples, and powerful language to help you understand the true nature of career lostness. You’ll discover data-backed reasons why even the most talented, driven people can lose direction — and why that experience is more common (and more meaningful) than you think.

Identify in which stage are you
You’ll be guided through the six stages of lostness and have the chance to identify exactly where you are within this powerful framework. Through new terminology and mental models, you’ll gain a deeper awareness of your own experience — naming what once felt blurry or confusing. This clarity allows you to normalize your disorientation and even begin to befriend it, recognizing it not as a setback, but as a vital and necessary part of your personal and professional evolution.

A new personal GPS
This workshop doesn’t end with insight — it moves you into action. As you integrate the data, new language, and personal discoveries, you’ll begin to redraw your path with clarity, agency, and hope. You’ll craft your own Reorientation GPS — a personal decision-making tool designed to guide your next steps with intention. Instead of waiting for direction to appear, you’ll walk away with the tools to create it, grounded in your values, experiences, and inner compass.

Accelerate your process
This workshop is designed to fast-track that process. In just three hours, you’ll get clarity, tools, and direction — helping you move forward in weeks instead of years.
